At Skinova, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • We do not accept returns on used, opened, or damaged products (unless they arrived damaged or defective).

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as face masks, beauty tools, and opened skincare/makeup products cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at 📧 Send email with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided return address.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Refund Policy

 Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges:

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it free of charge.

  • Please email 📧 support@skinova.us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on:
Opened skincare, makeup, or beauty products
Face masks and personal care items
Gift cards and promotional items

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 📧 support@skinova.us with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Cancelling or Modifying an Order:

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, we cannot make changes.
