Free U.S. Standard Shipping – Enjoy free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Shipping Rates:

United States

  • Standard Shipping (Orders Below $50): $5.99 (3-7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping: $9.99 (2-4 business days)

  • Express Shipping: $19.99 (1-2 business days)

International Shipping

We proudly ship to select international countries. Shipping rates vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time for International Orders:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days

  • Express International Shipping: 4-10 business days (available for select countries)

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

If your country is not listed at checkout, we currently do not ship there.

Customs, Duties & Taxes for International Orders

Shipping Delays & Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

Skinova is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. However, if you believe your package is missing, please reach out to the shipping carrier or contact us, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Address Changes & Order Modifications

Need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order? Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to make modifications.
